The Good Death

Like a phoenix arising from its ashes,
Your spirit shall escape from its dying cage
To soar like a dove above the clouds.
Your spirit shall awaken to roar with the wind.

When we cross the final bridge of life,
Do not try to hold us back.
Let not your science prolong my suffering.

If death truly serves as an escape from a dying life,
Then let us celebrate death in our mourning.
Let us embrace death with a kiss.
